Freezer Facility

The freezer facility consists of an fast freezing air-freezing chamber, frozen products storage facility up to 450 tons, chilled products storage facility up to 150 tons. The throughput capacity of the fast freezing chamber is up to 36 tons a day.

Due to the excellent production facility location - on the quay of the fishing port of Liepaja - fresh fish from the fishing vesssels immediately gets into the sorting plant, where it is carefully checked, prepared for cutting, then cut, and only after a full check of the quality controller the fish is getting frozen. The major range of frozen products are: herring, sprats, whitebait, flounder frozen in blocks. IQF Frozen products are: cod (headless), flounder, herring (headlesss), herring fillets.
